RESERVING THE DEADWOOD COMMUNITY CENTER
The Deadwood Community Center is available to reserve for meetings, activities and special events! For reservations and information: All rentals subject to availability and approval of the Building Coordinator (BC) Bill Cirino, 541-964-3140 or email billc@pioneer.net.
Community service activities - Including: board meetings, public service events, community building events, support groups, educational opportunities, etc, that are free to the public can be held at the DCC low to no charge, based on availability and approval from BC.
Fundraisers for Deadwood Creek Services - Do you want to host an event where profit goes to DCS in lieu of a rental fee? Talk to the BC or DCS board member for more information!
Other public events - Want to host a public event that will charge money at the door? The DCC is available to rent for performance, creative, cultural & outreach events, fundraisers, etc.
Private events - The DCC is available to rent for private events and parties including: professional events, graduation parties, weddings, birthday parties, etc.
Deadwood Community Center Rental Fees Rates are subsidized for community members residing in Deadwood, Greenleaf, Indiola, Swisshome, Brickerville and Mapleton (97430, 97480 and 97453 zip codes.) There will be a surcharge of 50% added to the total fees for those outside this area. All rental fees go to DCS additional donations to our non profit organization are accepted with gratitude.

6 to 12 hours:

30-60 people $120
12 to 24 hours:
0-30 people $ 80
30-60 people $240
Use of the DCC by more than 60 people must be approved and additional fees may be required, please contact the Building Coordinator for rates.
Deposit: Every rental shall require the payment of a cleaning deposit, in the amount of $100.00, which is non-refundable in the event the DCC is not left clean and neat as required per the clean up list posted in the kitchen. Within 7 days of use the deposit shall be returned to the building user upon the Building Coordinator determining that the DCC was left as found. Any and all costs to clean the DCC following rental shall be deducted from the deposit. Additional deposits or fees to offset the impact of events are subject to discretion of the Building Coordinator.
